What is working in your life? What is not? Have you set goals for yourself? Are you able to meet them? Is there a recurring hard spot in your life? A sort of Achilles Heel that keeps tripping you?
We can change. We can completely transform those areas of our life that are not working. With focus, intention, tools, and work, we can better ourselves and create an abundant life with healthy, enriching relationships.
Couples
It is hard work to repair a relationship, and it can be done. We can develop the tools to fight effectively and with purpose. Relationship is intended to bring us to those hard places. When our partners hold up the mirror, it can be painful and terrifying. The stuff we’ve been running at people, and getting away with, is not working here. That is the gift of relationship. If we can look at the current situation as an opportunity to own our part, and transform ourselves, we can show up better for our partner, our family, and our community.

My Story
In the fall of 1999, I was getting divorced and taking a look at myself for the first time, a real deep look, and didn’t like what I saw. My resume was quite impressive, yet I was not. I was not accountable to those around me. I was out of integrity in so many areas of my life. The skillset that had worked up to this point appeared no longer to be relevant.
I pondered my navel with therapists, went to the mountaintops with holy men and women, connected with the men’s movement and various other communities, developed my leadership, and started stepping out into the world differently. I realized I could not live an intentional life without emotional support from others.
I am a husband, father, son, friend, and brother. I am living the benefits of the hard work I did for all those years, and continue to practice. I believe we all need to do the work. Life is so fast paced. So hectic. Most of us are simply reacting to what is in front of us, instead of intentionally moving towards our life’s purpose. Our employers have a mission statement, yet we do not.
I have over 20 years of experience in supporting and mentoring others around relationships, career, family and the complex feelings that accompany them.
Let’s work together and get clear; connect with something bigger than ourselves, clean up the mess, and be authentic in the world.
